At Andy’s Roofing, we understand that the cost of a new roof can be a daunting figure to most building owners. This is a question that must be addressed on a case by case basis. While repairs are a more budget conscious alternative to a complete re-roof, certain factors such as dry rot and ponding water may lead us to recommend a complete re-roof. If you have any doubts, please call us out to give you a free estimate and we will explain what your roof needs, as well as all of the options and alternatives you may have in order to keep the overall cost as minimal as possible.

Andy’s Roofing offers a standard two year workmanship guarantee on all re-roofing.  Depending on the quality and integrity of the structure, some roofs may be eligible for a five year workmanship guarantee. In addition, Andy’s Roofing is a certified applicator of many different types of roofing and can offer up to lifetime material guarantees.
